Qualifications:
- Agents: Minimum qualification should be 10+2 with excellent communications skills in English.
- Senior Agents: Minimum qualification should be 10+2 along with experience of one year and more in an International call center Should be currently working as a senior agent.
- Asst. Team Leaders: Minimum qualification should be 10+2. Should have worked in an international call center for at least two years and as an agent and also should be an Asst. Team Leader in the previous company.
- Team Leaders :Should be a Graduate along with two years of experience in an international call center. Should have prior experience of one year as a team leader in the previous company.
- Quality Analysts: Minimum qualification should be 10+2 along with two years experience in an international call center as an agent. Should have prior experience as a Quality Analyst in the previous company.
- Quality Supervisors: Should be a graduate along with two years experience in an International call center as an agent. Should have prior experience as a Quality Supervisor for eighteen months in the previous company.
