Physical Security through Close Circuit TV
- All activities are closely monitored through:
- Five cameras in floor
- One camera in Quality Room
- One camera in Canteen
- One camera in reception
- Option of digital recording
- 24X7 management by the security guards
- Network Security
Internet Access Restriction
We have used third party proxy server to secure and ensure this
security issue
- Each User can only visit pre-defined websites & ftp
sites
- All types of chat, IRC etc. are blocked from server
- All email services are blocked expect our own
- All such access are logged
System Security - Firewall, Anti Spyware and Antivirus

Installation of updated antivirus software for each virus entry point on the network such as Internet gateway,
email servers, FTP Server, desktop on LAN, laptops and standalone PCs.

Updating program components and virus pattern files to stop the latest viruses.
- No floppy drive in any workstation.

Check and clean all floppies and CD media before using.

Perform a Virus Cleaning exercise once in three months.
- Using three different anti-spyware software at systems &
gateway level and those are automatically updated
- Separate firewall for Internet Gateway, FTP Server, Data
Server
User Data Security
- Servers are configured in RAID-5 level

Backup for this server taken on a weekly basis.

There is no floppy drives in any user's PC.
- Using Windows 2003 Sp.1 with all patches & updates as an operating system and Active Directory is
enabled. Thereby limiting user's access in respective PCs.
Hence control panel access is also disabled.

No default administration access is allowed to CSEs and no access provided to users for modifying BIOS.
- Users are given the access to the Internet as per the process requirement and all other access is denied.

All the attachments in the mail going outside are restricted and are regularly screened by email content manager of
Symantec Antivirus Corporate Edition and in turn monitored by system and administration department.
- Incoming emails are checked thoroughly through the
Anti-Virus as well as Firewall and Special Inoculation System. This is done to prevent the flow of disastrous viruses.

No media is allowed inside the process floor.

No user is allowed to carry the bags and any food item/beverages on the working floor.
