For best & effective communication method we are using vcIPLC connection through multiple E1 lines equipped with tier one minutes. vcIPLC is nothing but a new generation IPLC having the least latency for serving best voice & data quality with minimum error over the net anywhere in the world.

We are using PARAGON ™ predictive dialer equipped with full-featured campaign management system (CMS) for both outbound and inbound processes. With the help of other supreme features like voice logging, pop-up synchronization, voice mail, enhanced supervisor control, automatic call distribution (ACD), enhanced reporting system, interactive voice response (IVR) etc. our system implementation became easier, quicker, efficient & more effective.

We never tried to compromise in quality in any respect; thereby we use dialogic cards from Intel, vcIPLC connection from VSNL, Data Switch from 3Com, Ultra light headset from Smith Corona with Noise Cancellation feature, Air Conditioning Machines from HITACHI and Agent’s PC from WIPRO, a leading MNC brand from India.

Neither we have compromised with our in-house network setup. Our in-house network is rock solid by virtue of structured networking through raceways using AMP product, which is far more enhanced by AMP certification.
